Bruce Schaumberg is an accomplished healthcare technology consultant and entrepreneur, having founded Focus Solutions in 2010 to empower independent physician groups through technology-enabled services. Since then, Bruce has led the company as a Senior Healthcare Consultant, prioritizing collaboration and problem-solving within the healthcare sector. In 2018, Bruce launched XBridge, LLC, a healthcare interoperability platform designed to address data integration challenges in healthcare organizations. Previous experience includes roles at Greenway Medical Technologies as a Health Information Technology Consultant, where Bruce managed EHR implementations, and at TF System as a Commercial Sales/Business Analyst, where sales tools were developed to improve client outcomes. Early career experiences include serving as General Manager at Schaumberg Builders and as a Software Developer at Skyline Technologies. Bruce holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
