Jeff Hayes

Jeff Hayes is an experienced Enterprise Agile Consultant, Coach and Trainer at AlignTech Solutions LLC since October 2008, focusing on transforming agile teams into high-performing groups, with excellent communication skills at all enterprise levels. Previously, Jeff held various roles including Project Manager and Application Architect at Metavante, where notable achievements included managing the first electronic billing system project, and serving as Java Practice Manager at Codeworks, Inc., providing technical vetting for consulting projects. Earlier roles included Project Manager and Technical Lead at Northern Trust Company and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Jeff contributed to several innovative system designs. Jeff began the career as a Software Development Engineer at the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, following a solid foundation in software development and consulting roles. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University.
