David Long

David Long has extensive experience in investment management and finance. Since December 2017, David Long has served as a Private Investor at Long Family Investment Corp. Additionally, David Long has been a Managing Partner at Alignvest Investment Management since November 2019. Prior to these roles, David Long held senior positions at HOOPP from April 2001 to December 2017, including Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, as well as Vice President of Derivatives and Fixed Income. David Long earned a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Waterloo, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1992.
