Douglas Clark

Douglas Clark has extensive work experience in the field of bioanalytical sciences and outsourcing. Douglas is currently serving as the Head of Bioanalytical Sciences and Outsourcing at Aligos Therapeutics since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. where they held various roles including Director of Bioanalytical Development and Translational Biomarkers from July 2020 to December 2021, Head of Strategic Sourcing and Source to Pay Finance Department from February 2018 to July 2020, Director of Strategic Sourcing R&D, Procurement from October 2015 to February 2018, Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism from April 2011 to October 2015, and Senior Manager of Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism from March 2009 to April 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Scientist II, DMPK at Roche Palo Alto from May 2001 to March 2009, as a Bioanalytical Chemist, DMPK at Microcide Pharmaceuticals/ Essential Therapeutics from July 1997 to May 2001, and as a Bioanalytical Chemist at MDS Pharma Services from May 1994 to July 1997.

Douglas Clark obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences, Other from San Jose State University between the years 1990 and 1994.
