Andy Chen is currently the F&B Manager at Alila Xiang Shui Wan, overseeing kitchen and restaurant operations since 2014. Previously, they served as the acting manager for a Chinese restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 2009 to 2014 and held multiple positions at Marriott Sanya from 2004 to 2009, ultimately becoming the In-room Dining Assistant Manager. During their tenure at MGM Grand from 2011 to 2014, Andy was part of the pre-opening team for a fine dining Cantonese restaurant. They have a strong focus on guest satisfaction and training, along with a track record of successful departmental management and project oversight.
