Henri Leblanc is currently the Directeur Général Adjoint at ALIMA - The Alliance for International Medical Action, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as Directeur Général at AMREF from 2014 to 2019 and as a Programme Specialist at UNICEF from 2009 to 2010, where they contributed to program coordination for maternal, neonatal, and child health in Francophone Africa. Henri earned two Master’s degrees in International Relations and Development, Cooperation, and Humanitarian Aid from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, respectively.
