The leadership team at Alimak Group has a long history of experience in various industries and companies. Some of the previous experiences include being a chairman, chairperson, or director at different companies such as Avassa, OrganoClick AB, HMS Industrial Networks, Industrifonden, and AVANTI Wind Systems A/S. They have also been in charge of commercial and marketing operations at Air Liquide and Oerlikon Sweden and have even been Jefe de Producto at Oerlikon Soldadura. Furthermore, the team has a lot of experience in business administration and management from studying at universities such as Lund University, Umeå University, and Uppsala University.
