Robert Pitman

Robert Pitman has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Global Senior Manager of People & Culture at Alimentiv from November 2018 to November 2024. In this role, Robert supports leaders and employees across multiple countries, including Canada, the United States, and several European nations, while acting as an HR Business Partner for senior management and department leaders in various specializations. Prior to this, Robert held multiple positions at Hays between June 2013 and May 2016, culminating in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant, where a successful 360 desk was established to recruit professionals in the Life Sciences sector across Canada. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University and a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Toronto.
