James Deeley

James Deeley is the current CEO at Alina Homecare Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Group Legal at DS Smith from November 1999 to March 2002. James was also the Chairman of SeeAbility from January 1999 to September 2018. In this role, they oversaw the Board of Trustees of SeeAbility, formerly named The Royal School for the Blind. Additionally, they have served as the IPO Director and Director of Legal Services at Regus plc from March 1998 to November 1999, as well as the Commercial Director at Charter International plc from July 2006 to January 2012. Most recently, they were the Special Adviser at Antilles (UK) Limited from June 2005 to June 2006, and before that the Corporate Services Director and Company Secretary at Numerica Group plc from April 2002 to June 2005.

James Deeley has a BA in law with French from the University of Sussex. James also has a diploma in European law from the Institut d'Etudes Europeenes, ULB, Brussels. James is a solicitor and has completed the Solicitors Final Examinations (Hons) from the College of Law, Guildford. Additionally, they have an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and a Corporate Finance Evening Programme from the London Business School.
