Nancy Drost

Nancy Drost is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capacity development, project management, and gender equity within the fields of education, agriculture, and health. Currently serving as Field Manager for the WEE-NORTH Project at Alinea International, Nancy previously held key roles at Agriteam Canada Consulting Ltd., including Team Leader for nutrition-sensitive agriculture initiatives and International Gender and Nutrition Advisor for irrigation projects in Ethiopia. Nancy's consultancy work spans various organizations, including SEND West Africa and the Canadian Co-operative Association, focusing on project design, monitoring and evaluation, and curriculum development. With advanced degrees from the University of Toronto, University of Guelph, and University of Waterloo, Nancy Drost is well-equipped to drive collaboration and foster sustainable practices across diverse sectors.
