Osamah Alfadda

Osamah Alfadda currently serves as the GM of Digital Banking Factory at Alinma Bank since November 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at neoleap from January 2021 to October 2024, where roles included Chief Consumer Officer, Vice President of Consumer, VP of Digital Wallet, Director of Product Management, and Head of Business Development. Osamah's earlier career includes positions at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia as a CM Development Engineer and at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology as an Embedded Systems Engineer. Additionally, Osamah worked at SELEX Galileo Inc. as a DDIT Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Saudi Electronic University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology in Industrial Electronics and Control from the College of Technology in Riyadh.
