Kevin Young currently serves as the National Retail Incubation and Experimentation Manager at Alinta Energy, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Kevin spent eight years at Australian Unity, where roles included Innovation Manager for Group, Customer, Digital & Technology, leading strategic business initiatives and managing a member experience wellbeing app, as well as Innovation Manager for Healthcare, where Kevin established the Healthcare innovation strategy and launched an Innovation Lab. Additional experience includes positions at Lion as Category Innovation Manager, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as Innovation & Ideation Manager, Carlton & United Breweries as Innovation Leader, and George Weston Foods as Brand & Innovation Manager. Kevin possesses a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) (Hons) in Product Development from Massey University, following education at Hutt Valley High School in New Zealand.
