Ruchi Katare

Ruchi Katare has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ruchi started their career in 2011 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked for over 7 years in roles such as Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, and IT Consultant, gaining experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies. In 2018, they joined RACV as a Business Analyst, contributing to a project focused on improving the website and magazine. In 2018, they also started working at AGL Energy as a Credit Analyst, eventually progressing to the role of Senior Credit Analyst before leaving in 2022. Ruchi then joined Dubber as an Iteration Manager until 2023. Currently, they are with Alinta Energy, where they have held the roles of Business Process Lead in Credit and Payments and Credit Functional Lead in Revenue Control.

Ruchi Katare has an MBA in Marketing & Systems from Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore, from 2009 to 2011. Ruchi also has a B.E in Computer Science from Hitkarini College of Engineering & Technology, Jabalpur, from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1994 to 2004, with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics). In addition to their formal education, Ruchi Katare holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner™ Certified Green Belt from OE Methods Academy and as a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
