Tom McCleery

Tom McCleery holds a dual degree in Engineering and Commerce from The University of Western Australia. With extensive experience in finance and engineering roles, Tom currently serves as Finance Performance & Reporting Manager at Alinta Energy, having progressed through various finance-related positions since September 2021. Previously, Tom worked at BHP from February 2014 to September 2021 in multiple finance and engineering capacities, including Finance Planning & Analytics and Business Improvement. Additional experience includes consulting through TM Consulting, teaching at the University of Western Australia, and roles in engineering and management prior to their finance career. Tom's background combines financial analysis with engineering expertise, particularly in rail and supply chain improvement.
