Ken Callahan

Ken Callahan is the Head of Policy & Reimbursement at Alio Medical. Prior to joining Alio, Ken served as the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In this role, Ken oversaw all regulatory memoranda, budgetary decisions, external engagements and media for the Deputy Secretary, who is the Chief Regulatory Officer at HHS. Ken also handled the portfolio for Secretary Azar that included Digital Health, HHS Budget and Regulatory Reform.

Previously, Ken was the Regional Political Coordinator/Deputy State Director at the Republican National Committee and the Director of Political and Field Operations at the Republican Party of Wisconsin. Ken began their career in politics as a Direct Marketing Manager at the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Ken Callahan's educational career began with a college prep education at Saint Ignatius High School. Ken then went on to earn their bachelor's degree in politics and government from Ohio Wesleyan University. After working for a time in the political arena, they decided to return to school and earn their Masters of Health Administration from Cornell University. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a certification in campaign finance from the Republican National Committee.
