Victor Pazmino

Victor Pazmino has extensive experience in the solar energy industry. Victor started their career as a Project Engineer at SunTechnics Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd, where they simulated energy output and developed system layouts for large-scale solar projects. Victor then worked as a Project Engineer at REC Solar, designing over 11MW of PV projects and conducting site feasibility analysis.

After that, Victor became the Manager of the US Technical Team at Renewable Ventures, a Fotowatio Company. Victor led all technical development activities for utility-scale solar projects, including site due diligence, permitting, detailed engineering, and procurement. Victor also managed EPC negotiations and conducted analysis on soiling losses.

Following their role at Renewable Ventures, Victor worked as a Technical Project Manager at SunEdison, where they oversaw and managed solar projects. Victor later joined SER, a solar energy start-up, as a New Market Development coordinator for Latin America. In this role, they focused on developing solar energy projects in developing countries, including solar irrigation systems and off-grid lighting solutions.

Most recently, Victor worked at Alion Energy, Incorporated as the Director of Business Development for LATAM. In this role, they were responsible for driving business development efforts in Latin America.

Throughout their career, Victor has demonstrated expertise in project management, technical development, and business development within the solar energy sector.

Victor Pazmino completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Physics and Electronic Engineering, from Maharishi International University. Victor attended this institution from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Solar Energy Engineering from Dalarna University between 2006 and 2007. Victor's education history primarily revolves around their studies in Mathematics and Solar Energy Engineering, with a focus on their degree programs and fields of study at the respective universities.
