Mateusz Krzystański

Mateusz Krzystański has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Director of the Retail Banking Systems Implementation Department at Alior Bank SA since November 2007. In this role, Mateusz oversees the development and implementation of Consumer Finance Systems, focusing on new functionalities, integration with partners, and various testing processes. Previous positions at Alior Bank include Product Owner in a Consumer Finance Scrum Team and Operational Director, where responsibilities included operational support for loan products and management of operational risk and business continuity. Prior to Alior Bank, Mateusz worked at Bank BPH as a Main Specialist, Senior Specialist, and intern, engaging in cost calculation, financial analysis, and capacity planning. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from AGH University of Krakow and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Econometrics from Krakow University of Economics.
