Pawel Franczyk

Pawel Franczyk holds extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, with a focus on digital banking, innovation, and product development. At Alior Bank SA, from October 2015 to April 2022, Pawel served as Managing Director Head of Digital Banking, where responsibilities included the growth of digital banking services such as Alior Mobile and online banking. Previous roles at Alior Bank encompassed leading the Innovation Lab, managing UX design, and overseeing FinTech partnerships. Prior to Alior, Pawel held positions at Zagiel S.A. as Credit Products Team Director and Euro Bank S.A. as Product Manager, contributing to product development and market strategies. Pawel began a career at GE Capital, focusing on new product development in financial services. Education includes postgraduate studies in International Programmes from Cracow University of Economics, complemented by various trainings and certifications in the field.
