Sylvain Chabanier

Sylvain Chabanier is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Group CFO at Aliri since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sylvain held multiple positions at Sodexo from November 2014 to April 2022, including Entegra Europe CFO and M&A Project Manager. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Lazard from May 2007 to November 2014, where Sylvain progressed from Analyst to Vice President in the M&A division, after starting as an intern at Lazard in 2005. Sylvain Chabanier holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Business School, attained from 2003 to 2007, and completed studies at Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 2001 to 2003.
