Naresh Kumar

Naresh Kumar has been working in the recruitment industry since 2016. Naresh began their career at Adwait Algorithm as a Sr. US IT Recruiter and Business Development Executive. In this role, they were responsible for generating high quality sales leads and working to KPI's as set by the Inside Sales Manager. Naresh also created a database of prospective clients and validated the information by understanding the requirements and proposing the right solutions. In 2018, they moved to GHSL Technologies Pvt Ltd where they held the role of Lead Recruiter. Currently, they are employed at ALIS Software LLC as a Lead Recruiter.

Naresh Kumar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Geethanjali Institute of Science between 2012 and 2016.
