Phyllis Boakye

Phyllis Boakye is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Alisa Hotels since September 2018, Phyllis previously held the same position at The Royal Senchi Resort & Hotel from August 2012 to July 2018 and worked as an HR Officer at Golden Tulip Kumasi City between December 2008 and August 2012. Early career experience includes a role as Projects Implementation Assistant at Participatory Development Associates from February 2008 to August 2008. Phyllis holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Paris Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Ghana, complemented by a High School Certificate from St. Louis Senior High School in Kumasi.
