Dave Merklinger

Dave Merklinger currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Alisal Ranch since September 2022. Previously, Merklinger held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at The Lodge at Torrey Pines from April 2021 to September 2022. Between June 2004 and August 2020, Merklinger worked at Loews Hotels & Co, progressing through roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Banquets, and General Manager of Eleven Restaurant and Bar, showcasing expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage management, and event execution. Earlier in the career, Merklinger served as a Student Manager at Syracuse University Food Services while earning a BS in Psychology from Syracuse University.
