Carla Sanchez Schmid

Carla Sanchez Schmid has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Delegado Técnico Territorial at Aliseda Inmobiliaria since November 2019. Prior to this role, Carla held various positions at Servihabitat from September 2012 to November 2019, including Responsable de promociones and Gestor de promociones, where responsibilities included integrated management of technical suitability and finalization of real estate assets for commercialization. Carla also worked as Tecnico mantenimiento y calidad in the BBDD Department, focusing on asset entry studies from different banking entities. From January 1998 to September 2012, Carla operated as an independent appraiser specializing in the technical management and validation of real estate valuations across multiple companies. Carla holds a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Valuations and Development and a degree in Technical Architecture from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a high school diploma from Colegio Jesus-Maria de Barcelona.
