Constance Woodard

Constance Woodard is currently a Procurement Coordinator at Alison South Marketing Group. Constance previously worked as a Community President at Odyssey from June 2018 to March 2021, where they supervised 30+ writers and oversaw the production of over 100 articles per month. Constance also maintained a healthy community of 30 creators by maximizing team knowledge and productivity via effective training, monitoring weekly submissions, providing disciplinary measures, and implementing new policies. Additionally, they routinely recruited new writers for their campus community via social media postings, scheduling and conducting interviews, and appealing to potential member’s interests.

Before their work at Odyssey, Constance was a Public Relations Representative at Wayne's Automotive and Towing Center Inc from April 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they created content for the community Instagram account and promoted active engagement from over 450 followers. Constance also produced infographics and templates via Canva to onboard new members and ensure ease of use on the platform.

Constance Woodard attended the University of Kentucky where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
