James Che

James Che is a Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, currently employed at Alithya since April 2023. Prior to this role, James served as a Scrum Master at Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec from October 2020 to March 2023. Earlier in James's career, positions included Customer Service Representative at Hydro Québec from February 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities involved assisting clients with electricity bills and managing account openings, as well as a role in the same capacity at Adecco from October 2016 to January 2018. James holds a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from scrum.org.
