Marie Lebastard

Marie Lebastard is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and HR technologies. Currently serving as an Analyst in the Centre d’Excellence Oracle ERP & HCM at Alithya since September 2020, Marie focuses on continuous improvement and provides expertise in various HR modules and systems. Prior to this role, Marie worked at HR Path Canada, gathering and analyzing client needs in HR management. Marie's experience includes managing HR functions at Groupe Lactalis, where responsibilities included payroll preparation, recruitment campaigns, and personnel administration. Additionally, Marie held a position in human resources at Groupe NOX. Academically, Marie holds a BAC + 5 in Human Resources Management and other degrees in Law, Economics, and Business Administration.
