Stefan Svedberg

Stefan Svedberg has a strong background in business development, strategy, and corporate development. Stefan started their career at Ericsson in 1984, where they worked as an R&D Manager and gained experience in project management and technical sales support. Stefan then moved to AU-System in 1991, where they served as the Head of Consulting for other industries, leading a team of software and system consultants. In 1998, Stefan returned to Ericsson, taking on the role of VP of Product Management within Ericsson Technology Licensing. Stefan was responsible for product definitions and had full P&L responsibility. From 2004 to 2016, Stefan served as the Director of Corporate Development at Ericsson, leading E2E M&A activities and driving cross-functional teams. In 2017, Stefan joined Fingerprint Cards as a Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development before moving to 2m2hTECH AB, where they worked as a Senior Business Developer and M&A specialist, offering strategy, business development, and interim management services. Stefan also worked as a Mountain Guide at Rebbel Mountain from 2018 to 2020. Stefan co-founded AlixLabs in 2018, initially serving as the CEO & co-founder before becoming the Chairman of the board and co-founder. Stefan's most recent position is the CEO of BeammWave, which they have held since April 2019.

Stefan Svedberg obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified Board Member from StyrelseAkademien, which they obtained in May 2019, and as a Certified Mentor from Connect Sverige, which they obtained in 2018.
