As a consultant, Beatrix gained extensive experience in many industries, with focus on consumer goods, retail, tourism, and media. Her experience includes efficiency improvement projects, restructurings, due diligences, postmerger integrations, strategy reviews, and growth strategies. Before joining AlixPartners, Beatrix was managing partner of Roland Berger Switzerland, having started her professional career in banking. Beatrix has a degree in business administration from Fachhochschule Pforzheim in Germany and Hanzehogeschool Groningen in the Netherlands. She is on the supervisory boards of the Lienhard Office Group and Global Dignity and the advisory board of the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich.
