Catherine Grayson is an expert in strategic operating model design and technology-driven transformation, with extensive experience in the retail, telecommunications, and media industries. They worked as a consultant at Harvey Nash from 2012 to 2015, followed by a role at Sagacity Solutions Limited from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Catherine continued to enhance their expertise at North Highland, later joining AND Digital in 2020 as a Senior Technology Consultant.
