Evan Luo, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at AlixPartners since May 2023. Prior to this role, Evan was a Manager in Finance & Strategy at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from June 2020 to May 2023 and held a Summer Associate position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2019. Additionally, Evan spent nearly a decade at PwC, advancing from Senior Associate/Associate in Audit to Manager in Investment Banking/M&A Advisory, achieving recognition as a top performer. Educational qualifications include a PLDA from Harvard Business School (2019-2021) and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
