Fraser Brown

Fraser Brown is a Partner and Managing Director at AlixPartners since March 2023, bringing extensive expertise in financial restructurings and stakeholder value delivery. Prior to this role, Fraser served as Partner and Head of THM U.K. at THM Partners from June 2010 to February 2023, focusing on distressed investments and supporting management teams through complex financial situations. Fraser's earlier experience includes a managerial position in Transaction Services at KPMG LLP and roles in commercial assurance and due diligence during a secondment with the UK Ministry of Defence. Fraser's career also includes positions at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen & Co. Fraser holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a degree in Accounting & Financial Management from Loughborough University.
