Ina Elaine Juppe

Ina Elaine Juppe has extensive experience in talent acquisition and relationship management across notable firms. Currently serving as Co-Lead EMEA TA and Senior Vice President & Team Lead for Talent Acquisition in Germany and Switzerland at AlixPartners since September 2015, Ina has also taken on roles such as Executive Assistant and Talent Acquisition maternity leave cover during this tenure. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Ina worked at Alvarez & Marsal from January 2011 to August 2015, focusing on relationship and key account management, along with serving as an Executive Assistant. Ina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from the University of Lincoln.
