Matt Sells

Matt Sells, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President in Turnaround and Restructuring at AlixPartners, a position held since August 2022, following a role as Vice President in the same department. Prior experience at AlixPartners also includes a stint as a Summer Consultant in Turnaround Strategy. Matt's background includes significant roles at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in M&A Transaction Services and at CohnReznick LLP as a Senior in M&A Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance. Matt began a career in auditing as an intern at CohnReznick and has also worked as a camp counselor and intern in the mortgage banking sector. Academic credentials include an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University, and a Master of Accountancy from Belmont University.
