Naomi G.

Naomi G. currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel, SVP - Corporate M&A at AlixPartners, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Naomi worked as a Corporate, M&A and Securities Associate at Blank Rome LLP from January 2021 to September 2025. Naomi's experience includes serving as a Pro Bono Scholar in the Bankruptcy Assistance Project at Legal Services NYC, and as a Summer Associate and Trademark Extern at Blank Rome LLP and Haug Partners LLP, respectively. Additionally, Naomi completed a Legal Intern position at Bloomberg LP as part of the NYC Bar Diversity Fellowship and worked as a Legal Analyst at Balestriere Fariello from October 2015 to July 2017. Naomi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Pre-Law from Boston College (2010-2014).
