Sean O'Flynn

Sean O'Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise improvement and operational strategy. Currently serving as Managing Director at AlixPartners since January 2013, O'Flynn previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Ernst & Young from April 2005 to January 2013, focusing on operational due diligence and transaction integration. O'Flynn's earlier experience includes key roles at Barclays Bank, where participation in post-merger integration activities occurred, PA Consulting Group in financial services strategy and operations, and Deutsche Bank in capital markets as part of the graduate intake. O'Flynn holds a BA in Finance from The University of Manchester, earned between 1998 and 2001, following education at Carres Grammar School from 1991 to 1998.
