Gemma Caballero

Gemma Caballero's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Gemma has worked as an HR Director in ALK since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at NTT Disruption from 2020 to 2022. Gemma also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Workday from 2018 to 2020. Gemma has experience as a Human Resources Director at Itconic from 2015 to 2017 and at Cumbria FSC from 2006 to 2015, where they also managed HR teams. Gemma started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Creyf's Uitzendbureau in 2005 and later became the Key Account Manager/Branch Director at Vedior Laborman (ahora Randstad) from 2000 to 2005. Gemma also has previous experience as an Account Sales Executive and Trade Finance Trainee at Banco Santander from 1998 to 2000.

Gemma Caballero holds a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Markets from Universidad de Cantabria, which they completed from 1997 to 1998. In 2001-2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at EOI. Gemma also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Cantabria, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Gemma has completed Agile Talent (ICP-TAL) from ICAgile in the year 2020.
