Jens Noack Skærbæk

Jens Noack Skærbæk has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jens started their career at Danish Technological Institute (DTI) as a Student job & Change Management Consultant from September 1995 to April 1998. Jens then joined Accenture (Andersen Consulting) as a Senior Consultant from February 1998 to January 2003. Afterward, they worked at Raft International PlC as a Project manager and line manager from February 2003 to March 2006. Jens then moved to Forstædernes Bank, where they served as the Manager for Systemimplementation Finans from April 2006 to April 2007.

Jens then joined Novo Nordisk, where they held various positions, including Senior Project Manager from April 2007 to July 2008, Vice President and Business Development Partner at IT&CD from July 2008 to November 2011, Vice President in IT Governance from November 2011 to September 2013, Corporate Vice President IT Project Execution from October 2013 to November 2014, and finally as Corporate Vice President R&D IT, Corporate IT from November 2014 to September 2018.

In 2018, Jens Noack Skærbæk joined ALK as the CIO, SVP Global IT and continues to hold this role without any specified end date. In January 2020, they also became a Board Member at INTELLISHORE, a position they held until January 2022.
