Dave Alderton

Dave Alderton has over 19 years of work experience in the field of total rewards and compensation. Dave most recently served as VP, Total Rewards at Alkami Technology starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at kwx of Keller Williams from September 2021 to October 2022. From July 2018 to September 2021, they worked at Texas Capital Bank as SVP, Total Rewards. Before that, they were a Principal at Korn Ferry from January 2017 to July 2018. Dave also held various VP and Director-level positions in compensation and executive compensation at Exeter Finance Corp, Nationstar Mortgage, and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Dave began their career as a Senior Associate at Mercer in June 2003, where they worked until March 2008.

Dave Alderton attended Southern Methodist University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Finance. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics during the same period.
