Karen Lao

Karen Lao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical consulting and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Technical Consulting at Alkami Technology since May 2018, Karen has successfully identified and optimized internal processes to enhance the efficiency of financial institution implementations and foster interdepartmental collaboration. Prior to this role, Karen held various technical positions at Epsilon from July 2011 to May 2018, where contributions included designing web service calls and refining client solutions for major banking platforms. Karen's education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
