Michael MacDowell

Michael MacDowell is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in fraud and security functionalities for digital banking, most recently serving as the Senior Product Owner at Alkami Technology since June 2023. Previously, Michael held roles ranging from Product Manager at Array, where the focus was on the growth of data-driven products in the Credit and ID Theft sector, to Vice President of Product Development at Identity & Credit Services, Inc., overseeing product platforms aimed at preventing identity theft. Michael also has a background in the fitness industry, having owned and operated CrossFit Bedford Hills, and has extensive experience in product development and marketing from a long tenure at Affinion Group, where responsibilities included managing high-value affinity loyalty products for leading financial institutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
