Alisha Rapp is an experienced inventory and food production specialist with a diverse background in the culinary field. Currently serving as an Inventory Specialist at ALKAR Inc. since November 2020, Alisha previously held roles such as Food and Bakery Production Manager at Barriques, where responsibilities included menu planning, staff management, and maintaining high-quality standards across eight locations. Alisha has also managed operations at Elegant Foods LLC and Prairie Cafe and Bakery, where significant sales and profit growth was achieved. Earlier experiences include pastry and production roles at Monona Catering, Hukilau Lanai, and multiple restaurant groups, complemented by formal culinary education from the Institute of Culinary Education and Madison Area Technical College.
