Brett Bridgham is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management within the metallurgy and materials sectors. Currently serving as the Global Engineering & New Product Development Manager at ALKEGEN, Brett holds a comprehensive background that includes roles such as Global Application Engineering Manager at Unifrax I LLC and Director of Engineering and Technology at Rex Materials Group. Earlier in the career, Brett contributed significantly as Plant Metallurgist & Foundry Manager at Federal-Mogul and as a Metallurgical Engineer at Bronze and Metal Industries. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Brett specializes in managing product lines, technical personnel, and large-scale capital projects while implementing strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
