Kristen A. Weiss

Kristen A. Weiss is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director, Communications and DEI at ALKEGEN, Kristen oversees communications strategies and diversity initiatives. Prior to this, Kristen held senior communications positions at Lydall and UL, where responsibilities included guiding thought leadership content strategies and implementing digital-first business models. Kristen also founded and served as Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Revelation Oaks Church, focusing on social media and community outreach. An alumna of the University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Kristen further enhanced leadership skills through the Executive Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
