Andrea Muñoz

Andrea Muñoz has held multiple positions in their work experience. Andrea began as an Asesor de Relaciones Institucionales at ANIERM Asociación Nacional de Importadores y Exportadores de la República Mexicana in November 2018. Their responsibilities included finding new business opportunities with companies from different countries, conducting research for various embassies, and facilitating commercial missions for alliances with Mexican SMEs. Andrea then worked as an Ejecutivo de Ventas at FG Electrical from October 2019 to March 2020, where they focused on expanding and maintaining the client portfolio through customer service, emailing, and telemarketing. Andrea also managed the order shipping process in collaboration with the logistics department and handled the sales process from prospecting to post-sales. From April 2020 to January 2021, Andrea was a Técnico Superior at the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México, where they implemented and monitored international cooperation projects in collaboration with different sectors. In addition, they organized activities and contests for the migrant community and reviewed applications from various federal entities, registering them in the database. Currently, Andrea works as a Data Analyst Junior at Alkemy enabling evolution, starting in July 2022.

Andrea Muñoz completed their Bachelor's degree in General Sales, Commercial Promotion, and Related Marketing Activities from Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración (ESCA) between the years 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Technical degree in Telecommunications.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea Muñoz has pursued several certifications. Andrea completed the "Curso Power BI-Análisis de Datos y Business Intelligence" from Udemy in May 2021. Andrea also completed courses in Microsoft Excel, including "Fórmulas y Funciones Avanzadas en Excel," "Tablas Dinámicas: Análisis de Datos en Microsoft Excel," and "Excel Completo - Desde Principiante Hasta Avanzado" in April and March 2021 respectively. All these certifications were obtained from Udemy.
