Arturo Anci has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arturo started their career in 2002 as an Addetto Vendite at Gruppo Salaben, where they were responsible for sales. Arturo then worked as a Receptionist and Desk Top Publisher at Costa Crociere S.p.A., handling customer service and publishing tasks on board. In 2006, they worked as an Addetto Front Office at Sniperz Net Zone Cyber Games & Shop. At Volagratis, from 2008 to 2012, Arturo worked as a Customer Service Agent and Back Office staff, handling phone reservations, emails, and complaints. Arturo then worked at Falabella Retail as an Addetto Front Office. Currently, Arturo is working at Alkemy digital_enabler as an Operation & Logistic Support, where they provide customer service and support in multiple languages, manages orders and logistics, and coordinates the call center.

Arturo Anci attended Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Laurea triennale degree in Scienze della comunicazione.
