Daniela Bruno

Daniela Bruno is an accomplished legal professional specializing in corporate law and taxation, currently serving as the Founder of Daniela Bruno Studio Legale Tributario since January 2024. Daniela has extensive experience in corporate governance, drafting business contracts, and advising on mergers and acquisitions.
