Fabio Montalbetti

Associate Creative Director at Alkemy

Fabio Montalbetti has a diverse range of work experience in the field of advertising and creative direction. Fabio started their career as a Junior Copywriter at Azzurra IMP, where they worked on print campaigns for clients such as Carrefour and Alfa Romeo. Fabio then moved on to Arc Worldwide, where they worked as a Senior Copywriter, creating print, outdoor, and TV campaigns for clients like Olivetti and Ikea.

After that, Fabio worked as a Senior Copywriter at BGS D'arcy Gavino Sanna associati, where they continued to create campaigns for various platforms, including digital. Fabio also took on the role of Creative Supervisor for clients such as Burger King and Spizzico.

Fabio then joined Wunderman Y&R Brands as a Senior Copywriter, where they focused on digital activities, direct marketing campaigns, and TV spots for clients like Nokia, Microsoft, and Heineken. Fabio also took on the role of Text and Content Supervisor for Nokia and Microsoft Italia.

Following their time at Wunderman Y&R Brands, Fabio became an Associate Creative Director at Hagakure, where they worked on social activities, websites projects, outdoor campaigns, and more for clients such as Fiat, Benetton, and Nivea. Fabio also served as a Text and Content Supervisor.

Fabio's next role was as a Creative Supervisor at DOING., where they worked on social network activities, editorial plans, and integrated campaigns for clients including Ferrari, Benetton, and McDonald's. One of their notable achievements was the AIE #unlibroeunlibro campaign, which led to a change in the Italian government's bill regarding ebook VAT.

Fabio then took on the position of Freelance Creative Consultant, working with various digital agencies on projects such as digital activations, social activities, and integrated campaigns. Some of their clients during this time included Smart Mercedes, Adidas, and RedBull.

Most recently, Fabio has been working at Alkemy digital_enabler as an Associate Creative Director. In this role, they have been responsible for digital and integrated campaigns, websites, social activations, and copy strategy for clients such as Santander Consumer Bank and Colmar.

Currently, Fabio holds the position of Creative Director at Bitmama.

Fabio Montalbetti earned a Copywriting Diploma from the Istituto Europeo di Design, where they studied communication from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended the Liceo Classico Giosuè Carducci from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Maturità Classica degree. During their time at the Liceo Classico Giosuè Carducci, Fabio studied Italian, Latin, and Greek languages.
