Ivonne Hernández

Ivonne Hernández has a diverse range of work experiences starting from 2014. Ivonne began their career as a Student Intern at Casa Hogar Santa María de Guadalupe, where they provided occupational therapy to elderly individuals and conducted psychometric tests. Ivonne then worked as a Student Intern at Fundación Gota de Leche, A.C., where they created induction manuals and conducted induction courses for employees and teachers. Ivonne gained further experience as a Student Intern at Clínica Psiquiátrica Florida, where they provided occupational therapy and assessed the mental state of patients. Ivonne also served as a Speaker at the XVI Jornadas de Psicología Hospitalaria. In 2015, they completed their Social Service at Estudiantina Universidad La Salle y Grupo Encuentro.

From 2016 to 2017, Ivonne worked as a Talent Trainee at iCrossing Latam, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes as well as organizing internal and external events. Ivonne then joined Summer Hills Kinder Garden as a Student Intern, where they conducted psychometric and projective tests, provided language therapy, and applied learning techniques for children diagnosed with ADHD.

In 2017, Ivonne joined Hawkers Group as a Human Resources Analyst, focused on recruitment and selection processes, posting positions on external job boards, and coordinating interviews. Simultaneously, they joined Grupo Ontwice as a Human Resources Analyst, responsible for recruitment and selection processes, establishing an organizational development area, and conducting annual performance evaluations.

Currently, Ivonne works as a People & Culture Specialist at Alkemy Enabling Evolution, where they oversee specialized recruitment and selection processes, onboarding and employee follow-up, as well as career evaluation and planning.

Ivonne Hernández completed their Licenciatura en Psicología degree from Universidad La Salle, A.C. between the years 2007 and 2012. In 2019, they pursued an Especialidad en Psicoterapia Gestalt para Niños y Adolescentes from Universidad Gestalt, which was completed in 2020. Currently, Ivonne is enrolled in TECH Technological University and is pursuing a Máster Psicoterapia Cognitivo Conductual, which is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2023. Additionally, they obtained certification in "Selección de personal y desarrollo de tu equipo" from LinkedIn in January 2019.
