Brian P. Mckeon

Mr. McKeon serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. (“IDEXX”), a public multinational corporation. He leads IDEXX’s finance, corporate development and strategy, and investor relations functions and, since June 2019, has overseen IDEXX’s livestock, water and human diagnostics businesses. Mr. McKeon served on the board of directors of IDEXX from 2003 to 2013, including serving as Chair of its Audit Committee and as a member of its Compensation Committee. Prior to joining IDEXX, Mr. McKeon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Iron Mountain Incorporated from 2007 to 2013 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Timberland Company from 2000 to 2007. Prior to these roles, he held several finance and strategic planning roles at PepsiCo Inc., serving most recently as Vice President, Finance, at Pepsi-Cola, North America. Mr. McKeon previously served as a director of athenahealth, Inc. from September 2017 to February 2019.
