Caitlin Abell

Caitlin Abell is an experienced Executive Director in Regulatory Affairs, currently serving at Alkermes since April 2025. Prior to this role, Abell held various positions at Dyne Therapeutics from March 2021 to April 2025, including Executive Director, Senior Director, and Director of Regulatory Affairs. Previous experience includes Associate Director roles at Sarepta Therapeutics and Sage Therapeutics, as well as Global Regulatory Affairs Lead Strategist at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included leading global regulatory strategies for multiple products. Abell holds a Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics, & Medical Devices from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Sacred Heart University.
